Building a new business is complicated, expensive and time consuming process. Mistakes cost time and money and often lead to an inferior product that is greatly over budget. Amusement Construction will turn the struggles of building your park into an easy and less stressful process. Even before your plans are started, Amusement Construction can provide some budget numbers for your attraction(s). Once the plans are finished, Amusement Construction can give you a price for building the attraction that will be your final price.
Having designed, built and operated hundreds of attractions, we have learned what makes each attraction better and easier to build. Even though quality is our first goal, it is our experience that allows our crews to build the attractions faster, better and less expensive than a local builder. While we will bid on the attractions and connecting sidewalks, we typically do not bid on the building itself. Any local contractor can build a building and be price competitive with it, but the attractions are specialty work that they have no experience with. Why should you pay to be the learning experience for someone who does not know what is critical on each attraction?
If a contractor doesn't build in some extra cost to cover his "learning" mistakes, he is destine to fail. While it is rare that Amusement Construction is under bid. When we have been, it is very common for the contractor to leave the job unfinished because they can not afford to finish it at the price they bid. Often, the "fix" will cost more both short term and long term.
Having built attractions all over the country, Amusement Construction knows what the costs will be up front so we are very competitive on price. We rely on our speed (typical less than half the time of a first time crew) and our experience to make us more efficient. More importantly, we know the tricks to making each attraction more fun and easier to operate. Since we don't have other jobs to "float" in the area, we are focused 100% on getting your attractions open quickly. Our profitability depends on it! So much so, that we work six days a week to get the attraction open faster. Once Amusement Construction enters the site, the attraction is our problem leaving you free to worry about more important things like staffing, marketing, opening day and making money.
